Among these, the highest-ranking grade, "No.1," accounts for only about 30% of the total production, making it rare and traded at a high price. Often referred to as the "king of coffee," this premium coffee is characterized by its sweet and rich aroma, a perfect balance of bitterness, acidity, and body, and a refined, smooth mouthfeel.
