โกปิลูวากที่หายากและมีราคา ซึ่งขึ้นชื่อในเรื่องการเก็บจากมูลชะมดเอเชีย ท่ามกลาง "Wild Kopi Luwak" เป็นชื่อที่ใช้กับเมล็ดที่เก็บจากชะมดป่าในเอเชียเท่านั้น เนื่องจากเปนผลผลิตจากธรรมชาติ จึงเป็นสิ่งที่หายากมากขึ้นอีก 
มีลักษณะเป็นรสเปรี้ยวอ่อนๆคล้ายส้ม น้ำตาลทรายแดง และความหวานนุ่มเหมือนน้ำผึ้ง มีรสชาติที่โดเด่น (รสชาติที่นุ่มลึก) มีความสมดุลกัน แนะนำให้คั่วแบบ   City Roast 
 
少量入荷・数量限定 !!ジャコウネコの糞から採られる事で有名な希少価値の高いコピ・ルアク。その中でも「ワイルド・コピ・ルアック」は、野生のジャコウ猫から採取された豆のみに使用できる名称で、天然物のため希少性は更に高くなります。酸味はそれほど強くなく、香りはほのかに柑橘系、蜂蜜や黒糖のような独特の甘味も。味も香りもクセはなく奥行きがある印象で、非常に複雑な風味と全体的なバランスの良さは秀逸です。酸味をおさえたシティローストでの焙煎がおすすめです。
