The Bench Maji ตั้งอยู่ทางตอนใต้ของเอธิโอเปีย พื้นที่นี่ได้รับความสนใจในช่วงไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา เพราะเป็นแหล่งกำเนิดของพันธุ์ เกอิชา และมีพื้นที่ตั้งอยู่ที่ “หมู่บ้านเกชา” ลักษณะเฉพาะของล็อตนี้ จะไม่โดดเด่นเท่ากับ “ปานามา เกอิชา” แต่เป็นรสชาติของกาแฟเอธิโอเปียอย่างแท้จริง ซึ่งจะมีความหวานเข้มข้น และ กลิ่นหอมของดอกไม้ คุณจะเพลิดเพลินกับกลิ่นหอมที่ละเอียดอ่อน และ ซับซ้อนของดอกมะลิ และสตรอเบอร์รี่ ให้ความเปรี้ยวของเกรปฟรุต ความหวานของผลเบอร์รี่ และ มะละกอระดับการคั่วที่แนะนำคือ High roast จะให้กลิ่นหอมที่ชัดเจน รวมถึง รสเปรี้ยวของผลไม้ที่สดชื่น

エチオピアの南西部に位置するBench Maji(ベンチ・マジ)ゾーン。Geisha(ゲイシャ)種の生まれた土地、Gesha村がある地区として近年注目されているエリアです。ゲイシャビレッジ農園の今ロットはパナマ・ゲイシャほどのインパクトはありませんが、しっかりとした甘さ、フローラルで華やかな香りが感じられるエチオピアらしいカップです。ラベンダーやワイニーさを感じる繊細で複雑な香り、熟した果実をイメージするのような酸味と甘さが味わえます。香りが強く爽やかでフルーティーな酸味を楽しめる浅煎りがおすすめです。

The Bench Maji zone is located in southwestern Ethiopia. This area has been drawing attention in recent years as the birthplace of the Geisha Varietal , and the area where "Gesha Village" is located. Characteristic of this lot, Not as impact as "Panama Geisha" but cup is so Ethiopian coffee, it have robust sweetness, floral and gorgeous fragrance. You can enjoy the delicate and complex fragrance of like a lavender and winey, the acidity and sweetness of ripe fruit. We recommend High roast, which has a strong fragrance and a refreshing, fruity acidity.
